The Crawfish is an online publication of work by writers and artists, with a special interest in queer, southern perspectives. There is so much joy in uplifting the voices of artists who live and make work in spaces that are often overlooked or misjudged as being offensive to queer identities. We look to reframe the stereotypes of queerness in the south and uncover healing work that exists outside larger communities where artistic circles and connection may be found more easily.

The Crawfish is headed by writer Aimée Keeble and artist Nelson Malushizky.
